We creatively and strategically stage your home, being intentional to highlight unique spaces, creating and showing more space in your home, as well as adding neutral furnishings and rugs to show lived in comfort. We bring in all accessories and art to put the finishing touches on the staging.   

My primary goal in staging is to create a visual "lifestyle" in your home. A staged home should allow the buyer to see themselves relaxing in the den or entertaining on the patio. It is important that we show the buyer all aspects of the home by highlighting the positive selling features, helping your realtor visually advertise what the home has to offer.

I always use neutral furnishings. If I have done my job correctly, the buyer should not even notice my furnishings but should notice the selling features of the home and leave without any negatives to speak of.

It is not unusual that some Realtors will not take a listing unless it is staged.
