STAGING IS SOMETIMES MORE THAN BRINGING IN FURNITURE:

If you have bold colors or messy walls we may suggest that you have them painted. If you have visible leaks or stains from past leaks we will want to get those covered. Any negative item in the house leads your buyer to believe there are more problems. We suggest you fix all you can up front in order to have a smooth closing and uneventful property inspection. I use my own subcontractors who are quick, efficient and cost effective. We also offer a pre-property inspection so that there are no surprises or additional fees as you get close to closing. 

REMODEL A LITTLE OR A LOT

We love remodel jobs. You may want to remodel or upgrade certain spaces to get your home sold for a better price. You may want to upgrade your rental unit so you get return renters or you may want to personally update your own home. We can take on any job, big or small, and make your spaces look amazing. Remodeling kitchens and baths will get you a great return on selling your property!

I also offer personalized design work for homeowners. I have a unique flair for fabrics and colors. I can work with any style or help you create a style that suits your personality.  Teresa Kunich recently staged  one of my listings that has been on and off the market for 2 years to improve its salability for the owners.  Teresa took on this particularly challenging task with determination and transformed an empty 30+ year old house into a sparkling freshly staged home.
